Terms of Service

Pinlance provides tools for organizing Pinterest research datasets, managing selected analysis inputs, and generating strategy reports from user-provided project data.

You are responsible for the information you upload, the accounts you connect, and how you use the outputs generated by Pinlance.

Pinlance is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. Pinterest names, marks, and services belong to Pinterest and its affiliates.

If you use Pinterest API features, you must comply with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines, Developer and API Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable Pinterest policies.

You may only connect a Pinterest account you are authorized to access. You must not use Pinlance to collect Pinterest passwords, session cookies, or credentials, or to take actions on another person's behalf without their knowledge and consent.

You may not use Pinlance to violate Pinterest policies, spam Pinterest or its users, evade consent mechanisms, bypass access restrictions, test rate limits, target people with advertising outside Pinterest using Pinterest API data, or sell or share Pinterest API data with third parties.

You may not use Pinlance to create unauthorized platform-wide Pinterest insights, benchmarks, or competitor research from Pinterest API materials unless you have explicit written authorization from Pinterest.

You may not upload unlawful content, secrets, passwords, session cookies, payment data, or sensitive personal information into Pinlance.

Pinlance reports are generated from your project inputs, selected datasets, and configured AI models. Reports may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before business decisions are made.

You are responsible for checking report outputs, complying with platform policies, and using the reports lawfully.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. Keep your password and API credentials private.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, abuse, or policy risk.

Pinlance and its software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by the Pinlance operator or its licensors. Your project inputs and imported datasets remain your responsibility.

You grant Pinlance the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and generate reports from the information you submit for the purpose of providing the service.

Pinlance is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, specific business results, or continued access to third-party APIs.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pinlance is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Pinlance after updates means you accept the updated terms.
